Sleeps 6. 95m2. Large group accommodation in the center of the property, this is the main part of the typical Ardèche stone building. Spacious living areas with a lounge and veranda opening onto the garden and offering unobstructed views.
Ideal as a meeting point for groups.

First level:
large veranda with fireplace and dining table,
living room area (no TV),
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, pod and filter coffee maker
bathroom with shower and toilet,
room with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds.

Second level:
room with 1 double bed,
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
 

The estate features a large, flower-filled garden with numerous small areas for rest and relaxation . Fields and forest are directly accessible all around.

Reinforced socket available for charging your electric vehicles ! (additional charge of €0.20/kWh)

Each cottage has its own entrance, terrace and barbecue . The garden, bistro area, sauna and swimming pool are shared.
Unheated swimming pool .
Sauna accessible by reservation of time slots at a rate of €30/hour.

Nordic bath available by reservation at a price of €50.

Unfortunately, the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The cottages are entirely non-smoking .

 

There is no Wi-Fi access. Good 4G connection.
 

Everything is supplied by water from our natural spring . Special attention should be paid to your water consumption.

Pets are welcome . 5 euros/day or 30 euros per week.
You have the option to take a cleaning service (€90).

Minimum 2 night rental from January to the end of June, and from September to December.
Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday in July/August, contact us for longer stays!

A security deposit of €300 will be taken by credit card imprint upon your arrival.
