With a capacity of 6 people . 95m2. Large gite in the center of the domain, it is the main part of the stone building typical of the Ardèche. Large living rooms with lounge and veranda overlooking the garden and the open view.

On 2 floors,
First level :
large veranda with fireplace and dining table,
lounge area (ATTENTION, no TV),
kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer,
bathroom with shower and WC,
bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds.

Second level:
bedroom with 1 double bed,
bathroom with shower and WC.

The estate has a large flower garden with many small places to rest and relax . All around, in direct access are the fields and the forest.

Each gîte has its own entrance, terrace and barbecue .The garden, the bistro area, the sauna and the swimming pool are shared.
Unheated swimming pool.
Sauna accessible by reservation.

Gîte unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The cottages are completely non-smoking .

There is no Wifi access. Good 4G connection.

Everything is fed by water from our natural spring . Particular attention should be paid to your water consumption.

Pets are accepted . 5euros/day or weekly package 30euros.
You have the possibility of taking a cleaning option (90€).

Rental of minimum 2 nights from January to the end of June, and from September to December.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in July/August, contact us for longer stays!

A deposit of 300€ will be taken by bank imprint on your arrival.

The owner is asked to be vigilant that his dog does not damage the garden and flowered areas, does not disturb the other occupants of the estate by its noise pollution and that the droppings are picked up in the common areas (surroundings of the houses, swimming pool, sauna...)
