Sleeps 4. 60m². Terrace facing the forest with panoramic views . This cottage offers plenty of privacy. Built of old stone, typical of the Ardèche region.

 

On 2 floors.
First level:
Lounge area, access to terrace (no TV)
fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, small oven
bathroom with shower and toilet

Second level:
room with 1 double bed
room with 2 single beds
Note that the 2 rooms are separated only by a curtain.

The estate features a large flower garden with numerous small areas for rest and relaxation . Fields and forest are directly accessible all around.

Reinforced socket available for charging your electric vehicles ! (additional charge of €0.20/kWh)
 

Each cottage has its own entrance, terrace and barbecue . The garden, bistro area, sauna and swimming pool are shared.
Unheated swimming pool .
Saunaaccessible by reservation of time slots at a rate of €30/hour.

Nordic bath available by reservation at a price of €50.

"Wellness" offer: access to Nordic bath and sauna for €70

The cottages are entirely non-smoking .

 

There is no Wifi access but a good 4G connection.

Everything is supplied by water from our natural spring . Special attention should be paid to your water consumption.

Unfortunately, the cottages are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Pets are welcome . 5 euros/day or 30 euros per week.
You have the option to choose a cleaning service.

A security deposit of €300 will be taken by credit card imprint upon your arrival.
